Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition

• Original tags, packaging, and receipt required

• Customized or made-to-order sarees

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

• International returns: customer pays and arranges shipping

How to Return

Email us at sareepehno@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

After approval, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (India only).

Ship the item within 3 days of approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements

Received a damaged item? Email us with photos.

After approval, a free replacement will be sent within 7 business days, subject to availability.

Shipping Methods

We ship domestic orders within India via Delhivery, and international orders through trusted global carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders up to INR 20,000. Please note that COD is not applicable for higher-value orders.

As a made-to-order brand, production begins only after your order is confirmed. Certain items are marked as "Ready to Ship" on their respective product pages. These will be dispatched within 5 working days if ordered individually or with other ready-to-ship items. If a ready-to-ship item is ordered along with made-to-order products, the entire order will be shipped together as per the standard timeline.

Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as business days. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Timeline

For made-to-order products, please allow approximately 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation for your items to be dispatched. Ready-to-ship products will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the logistics partner involved. Typically, domestic deliveries take 3–7 business days after dispatch, and international deliveries may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance in your country.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India is free for all orders. For international orders, shipping is free for purchases above INR 25,000. A flat shipping charge of INR 3,200 will apply to international orders below this amount. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country of residence.

Tracking and Address Modifications

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your package. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. For urgent delivery concerns or queries, contact us at sareepehno@gmail.com.

Delivery Issues

We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure timely deliveries. However, delays due to unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control. If a package arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please do not accept it. Instead, take clear photos of the package and contact us immediately for assistance with a refund or replacement.

In cases of returns or exchanges, the cost of shipping the product back to us must be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement, as we initiate production promptly after confirmation. To request a cancellation, please email us at sareepehno@gmail.com within the specified window.
